The s&t company Axians Amanox AG is part of VINCI Energies
VINCI Energies S.A. successfully completed the acquisition of a major part of the S&T IT Services business from Kontron AG on December 29, 2022. The agreement covers S&T IT Services' activities in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Switzerland, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania and Northern Macedonia.
Later in 2023, Axians Amanox AG will become part of the Axians brand through a change of name. Axians is the ICT brand of VINCI Energies. Under this brand, we will offer 360° services and solutions at the pulse of technological development. We will inform our customers and partners about the exact rebranding date and the respective name change of their contract partner well in advance.
Axians in Switzerland is certified as a «Great Place to Work»
The VINCI Energies brands Axians, Actemium and SI-TEC in Switzerland have been awarded the “Best Workplaces Switzerland” quality seal by the international consulting and research institute “Great Place to Work”. The basis for the certification was a survey conducted among employees in May 2024.
In 2022, Amanox decided to support organization RightsTech Women with an end-of-year monetary donation. Now, almost one year later, we wanted to know from Ellen, how the association is doing today and how the money could help in the development.
Amanox' contribution for more women and girls in STEM
Amanox is supporting a non-profit organization again this year. RightsTech Women is committed to increasing the number of women in STEM. The organization teaches women and girls not only the necessary technical skills for the professions of today and tomorrow, but also that these skills are part of their human rights, for example to education and equal rights.
