AWS User Meetup
It's been a while since our last User Meetup, in 2020! But now, after the pandemic, as everything is slowly getting back to normal, we finally had the opportunity to meet again on site on Monday, April 25, 2022, in Bern to share ideas in person.
We would like to thank all participants for being there! We hope you enjoyed the event and were able to take away one or another piece of information. A special thanks goes to all speakers and of course to Digicomp, who provided the technical infrastructure and the aperitif.

Talks
In total, about 20 participants with different backgrounds had the opportunity to see and discuss interesting and entertaining presentations around the topics of Machine Learning, Metaverse and Virtual Reality:
Yevgeniy Ilyin | AWS - "ML with Amazon SageMaker. From Idea to Production."
Yevgeniy talked about the challenges of Machine Learning and gave a demo using SageMaker and its features. His session was rounded off with a Machine Learning use case.

Luca Silvestri and Dino Bektas | Amanox - "AWS embraces the metaverse"
Our Luca and Dino discussed how developers can build and deploy Metaverse experiences on AWS. They also showed a use case with Mozilla A-Blast, a webVR FPS mini-game demo using A-Frame from Mozilla VR.
