Sales Manager (m/f/d) for SaaS solutions

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Custom Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process for customised software projects. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, conduct initial consultation/sales meetings with potential customers and build sustainable relationships. Experience in software development and your understanding of business models will enable you to develop solution ideas with customers that emphasise the added value of our services.
Your responsibilities

As a Sales Manager at Amanox, you can expect the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Identification and acquisition of new customers in the area of customised SaaS developments. Developing new markets and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Analysing the needs of potential customers and consulting on customised SaaS solutions that optimally fit their business processes
  • Developing convincing business cases for potential projects, taking into account the customer's economic and strategic goals
  • Preparing and negotiating offers, contracts and service agreements in close coordination with our agile software development teams
  • Analysing market trends and competitive strategies in order to incorporate valuable insights into the sales strategy
Your Profile

This qualifies you as an ideal candidate

  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in sales of software solutions, preferably in the area of cloud native environments
  • Basic technical knowledge in software development to provide qualified consulting services
  • Knowledge of the financial and/or energy sector is an advantage
  • High sense of personal responsibility, proactivity and a solution-orientated way of working
  • Strong communication skills and consulting expertise to communicate technical issues in an understandable way and demonstrate the benefits of customised SaaS solutions
  • Existing network in the field of software development is available and sound market knowledge in the SaaS sector is an advantage
  • Experience in business consulting and analysing business models to identify optimisation potential for customers
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to maintain and expand customer relationships
